A Kosovo LLC can generally be fully foreign-owned. Sector-specific licensing, sanctions screening and KYC requirements may still apply.
Many formations can be coordinated remotely through properly prepared and, where required, notarised or apostilled documents. Banking requirements are set separately by each institution.
A standard registration typically takes 7–10 business days after we receive complete, verified documents. Apostille, courier, translation, licensing and bank onboarding can extend the total setup timeline.
No. We prepare and coordinate the application, but the bank makes the final decision following its own KYC, risk and onboarding procedures.
VAT registration is generally mandatory once the applicable turnover threshold is exceeded and can also be voluntary in eligible cases. Non-resident and cross-border activities may require separate analysis.
We can continue with registered address, accounting, payroll, tax declarations, annual statements and practical local coordination under a separate ongoing-services agreement.
